This role focuses on parent coaching, family support, and practical behavior guidance delivered in real-life settings such as the home and community. Rather than a clinic-only model, this position emphasizes working կողside caregivers to build confidence, strengthen relationships, and support meaningful behavior change in everyday routines. What You'll Do Partner with parents and caregivers to provide hands-on coaching and guidance Support children using evidence-based behavior strategies in natural environments Help families implement tools for communication, emotional regulation, and daily routines Model strategies and provide real-time feedback in home and community settings Track progress and collaborate with supervisors on individualized plans Foster a supportive, respectful, and empowering environment for families What We're Looking For Experience working with children, families, or in behavioral support roles Interest in parent coaching and family-centered care Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently in home/community environments Reliable transportation for local travel Background in psychology, education, ABA, or related field (preferred but not required) Why Join Us?
