Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant clinically licensed Sober Companion / Transporters to provide essential support for individuals in recovery, ensuring their safety and well-being during transportation and daily activities. This role involves closely supervising clients, managing crisis situations with professionalism, and maintaining a secure environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, compassionate, and highly organized, ready to assist clients in navigating their recovery journey with confidence and care. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a dynamic, supportive environment. Responsibilities Safely transport clients to appointments, meetings, or other designated locations while ensuring their safety at all times Supervise clients during outings or transitions, providing behavioral management and support as needed Monitor clients for signs of distress or relapse, intervening promptly using crisis intervention techniques Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and emergency responders to coordinate care effectively Assist with intake procedures, case management documentation, and data entry related to client progress and incidents Administer medication as prescribed and document medication administration accurately Conduct security checks and ensure the environment remains safe for clients and staff Experience Supervising experience in social work, behavioral health, or related fields preferred Crisis intervention training or experience handling urgent situations confidently. Background in behavioral health required. Licensed therapists such as LAC, LPC, MSW, LCSWs, PHD in related field should apply! Familiarity with conflict management strategies and behavioral health practices Experience with data collection, filing, and maintaining client records accurately First aid certification is advantageous CPR certification is a plus Job may include one 24 hour period or multiple days at a time. Pay:
$1,500.00 - $1,800.00 per day
