Clarus Health Alliance is a community focused clinical practice providing psychological and neuropsychological care to individuals across the lifespan. We are rapidly expanding and looking to add a new team member!

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated part-time or full time Psychometrist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting neuropsychological assessments on individuals across the lifespan.

Duties:

• Conduct psychometric assessments to evaluate neurological and mental health conditions
• Easily build rapport with clients of all ages, particularly children
• Utilize behavior management techniques to support individuals with developmental disabilities
• Implement applied behavior analysis strategies for behavioral interventions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Proficiency in HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality
• Attention to detail
• Warm, friendly demeanor
• Ability to work effectively with children and adults

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge and background in administering and scoring neuropsychological test batteries
• Familiarity with working people with developmental disabilities
• Must be highly detail oriented Although prior experience is preferred, it is not required.
