Job Description

At Oak Mountain Training & Therapy Collective, our mission is to provide trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative care that helps clients feel supported, understood, and empowered in their healing journey. We value clinicians who are passionate about meaningful client relationships, continued growth, and providing quality care within a supportive team environment. We are currently looking for an Associate Clinician to join our practice in a W-2 fee-for-service position . This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently while also valuing connection, collaboration, and ongoing professional development.
The position includes:
Maintaining a minimum caseload of 10 client sessions per week Receiving both individual and group supervision to support clinical growth and licensure development Participating in quarterly staff functions and team-building opportunities Managing your own schedule and caseload with the independence to develop your clinical style while having support available when needed We are looking for someone who has some previous clinical experience and feels comfortable managing client sessions independently while continuing to build confidence and skills as a clinician.
Pay:
$40.00 per hour
