Duties:

Assist with patient support activities under supervision, including preparing patient records, examination rooms and helping with basic patient care tasks; Observe and learn about clinical procedures, medical equipment, and patient interactions; Support administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating communication; Engage in team meetings and training sessions to create understanding of healthcare operations and patient-centered practices; Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment following all safety protocols; Document observations and reflections to enhance learning experience and professional growth.
