Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy and support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress through data-driven interventions, compassionate patient care, and collaborative teamwork. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) under supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data accurately to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Conduct patient assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic evaluations, to determine appropriate treatment strategies Support patients during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and engaging environment that promotes skill development Maintain detailed medical records, documentation of patient progress, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and accuracy Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educational teams to facilitate consistent implementation of treatment plans across settings Assist in training and supervising behavior technicians while adhering to best practices in behavioral health and special education Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) Experience in data collection, patient assessment, and medical documentation within a healthcare or educational setting Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, and maintaining secure medical records Strong communication skills for working effectively with patients, families, interdisciplinary teams, and community partners Ability to perform intake assessments and support diagnostic evaluations as part of the treatment process Join us if you're passionate about applying your expertise in behavioral health to transform lives! $54,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
