This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives through compassionate care and evidence-based interventions. You will work closely with children and young adults, implementing behavioral strategies that promote growth, independence, and well-being. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), fostering independence and self-care skills Implement individualized behavior plans using applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to promote positive behaviors Collect and record data on client progress accurately to inform treatment adjustments Support clients during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and engaging environment Collaborate with team members to develop, review, and update care plans tailored to each client's needs Maintain confidentiality of medical records and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times Use medical terminology appropriately when documenting progress notes and reports Requirements Prior experience or training in behavioral therapy, special education, or working with children with developmental disabilities preferred Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavior management strategies Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism and other developmental challenges Strong skills in data collection, documentation, and medical record keeping Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, and team members Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining privacy of sensitive information Flexibility to work part-time hours that may include afternoons, evenings, or weekends as needed Join us in creating a positive impact through compassionate care and innovative behavioral support.
