Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and provide direct therapy to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA. Conduct assessments and assist in developing individualized treatment plans. Provide direct one-on-one and group therapy sessions. Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, teachers, and other professionals. Provide training and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, assessments, and progress reports. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision.

Qualifications:

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Compassionate, patient, and adaptable.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavior intervention plans (BIP). Familiarity with data collection and analysis software. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Compensation:

Competitive salary ranging from $38 to $45 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
