Essential Job Function Essential Job Function Assists with client flow in the American Job Center Essential Job Function Provide assistance with resume building and paper processing in the resource room. Essential Job Function Provides career information in the resource room, including non-traditional career options. Essential Job Function Assists partner agencies with appropriate and required participant paperwork to ensure timely processing. Essential Job Function Assist customers with job search activities including but not limited to resume writing, cover letters, and interview skills in the resource room on a regular basis. Essential Job Function Assists administrative staff with daily, weekly, and monthly reports and operations of the American Job Center Essential Job Function Assist all partner agencies with visitors in the American Job Center. Essential Job Function Assists individuals with resource room activity and helps to maintain a professional job search atmosphere. Maintain a resource room utilizing innovative ideas to link job seekers with in-demand careers. Essential Job Function Assists with assessment activities as appropriate. Essential Job Function Refers and assists with tracking participants, as appropriate, to community, social and advisory agencies, for financial, stress and/or mental health services, etc. Essential Job Function Data entry of traffic flow in partner agency case management/reporting systems Essential Job Function Perform administrative and secretarial duties as required by the administrative staff Essential Job Function Ability to create professional correspondence with community members, board members, and employers as needed. Essential Job Function Design and distribute the quarterly Vermilion County workforce newsletter in collaboration with our American Job Center partners and Vermilion County employers.
