EDUCATION
Required Master's degree in a relevant mental heath area from an accredited programWORK EXPERIENCE
Required 4 years of post-degree experience. Preferred Previous University Counseling Center (UCC) experience Experience providing clinical supervision to counselors in training and/or staff-level providers Experience with clinical program managementLICENSES AND CERTIFICATES
Required Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Indiana or license eligible upon date of hire; OR Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana or license eligible upon date of hire; OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Indiana or license eligible upon date of hire SKILLS Required Proficient communication skills Maintains a high degree of professionalism Demonstrates time management and priority setting skills Demonstrates a high commitment to quality Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty Highly thorough and dependable Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure Possesses a high degree of initiative Ability to influence internal and/or external constituents Demonstrates competency in multi-cultural practice Conflict-management skills Demonstrates ability to remain confidential Working Conditions / Demands This role requires sedentary work as well as extended durations of moving about the workplace. It requires the ability to move objects and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds, and the ability to discern between various objects and devices and to position patients. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation. Additional Information This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
