Join our team as a part-time Safety & Support Representative, where you'll help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment for those in our care—while maintaining a flexible schedule. What You'll Do As a Safety & Support Representative, you will partner with direct care staff to ensure the safety, supervision, and engagement of consumers. This role is hands-on, dynamic, and essential to maintaining a positive therapeutic environment.Key responsibilities include:
Providing supervision and support to youth and adolescents Engaging individuals in problem-solving around safety and behavioral concerns Assisting direct care staff with daily activities, routines, and responsibilities Modeling safe, respectful, and positive behavior at all times Utilizing effective problem-solving and de-escalation skills Adhering to all organizational policies, procedures, and operational standards Stepping into a Lead role when Program Directors or Managers are unavailable, based on staffing needs What You Bring Education High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution Licensure/Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver's license and auto insurance Experience Minimum of one year of related experience or training Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Preferred Background Experience in behavioral health or a related field Familiarity with trauma-informed and person-centered care approaches Experience supporting individuals during behavioral health crises Why Join Us This part-time opportunity (less than 30 hours per week) offers flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact.
