Autism Support responsibilities include - creating connections, supporting sensory needs, maintaining a structured environment, building trusting relationships, coaching and supporting people through times of escalation or aggressive behaviors, personal care and hygiene assistance, mentoring & teaching, going on community inclusion outings & activities. You'll learn to work closely with our Nursing and training teams and earn CPR, First Aide, Mandt certifications - basic/intermediate/advanced skills. Includes a great paid training program.
