Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic ABA/RLT/ Therapist to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through behavioral health and developmental support. In this role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques, primarily applied behavior analysis (ABA), to support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your passion for working with children and your expertise in teaching, patient care, and behavior management will help foster meaningful progress in our clients' lives. Duties Deliver individualized behavioral therapy sessions using ABA principles to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, toileting, and other self-care tasks Collect, record, and analyze data related to client progress to inform treatment plans and ensure effective interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and update personalized care plans and behavioral strategies Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality Use behavior management techniques to reinforce positive behaviors and address behavioral challenges in a compassionate manner Support clients during educational activities, including special education settings, to enhance learning outcomes Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health practices, and behavior management strategies Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards such as HIPAA regulations Experience assisting with ADLs and implementing teaching strategies within educational or therapeutic environments Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with families, caregivers, and team members Ability to collect detailed data accurately and utilize it to adapt intervention plans effectively Join us in making a difference by empowering individuals through compassionate care, innovative therapy techniques, and dedicated support. Pay:
$14.00 - $15.50 per hour
