Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Expirenes PRP Staff member to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will provide essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and other behavioral health needs. Your work will help foster positive outcomes through personalized care, crisis intervention, and behavioral management strategies. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare and social work fields. Duties Assist with intake assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs Support clients during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Implement behavior management techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to promote positive behaviors Monitor vital signs and administer medications following prescribed protocols, maintaining accurate medical documentation Respond promptly to behavioral crises or emergencies using crisis intervention and crisis management skills Collect and record data related to client progress, behavior patterns, and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and accurate medical records management Skills Experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Strong crisis intervention and crisis management abilities to handle emergency situations effectively Knowledge of medical terminology, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and behavioral health practices Proficiency in medical documentation, data collection, and maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA standards Ability to perform behavior management techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies Excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Compassionate approach combined with strong organizational skills for managing multiple client needs simultaneously Join us as an Expirenes PRP Staff member and be part of a passionate team committed to empowering individuals through personalized care.
