Job Duties and Responsibilities Support the monitoring of classroom schedules and activities Support curriculum/educational programming development, monitoring of student curriculum and preparation for future transitions (e.g., moving from High School to Post High School, transition planning), implementation of curriculum/educational programming (including instructional practices and progress monitoring procedures), development, implementation, and evaluation of IEPs, progress reports, and other educational procedures Assist with conducting functional assessment, developing, implementing and evaluating BIPs, skill replacement programs, fading plans, and overseeing classroom management systems/universal supports Support the supervision of and conduct initial and ongoing staff training (e.g., treatment integrity, inter-observer agreement, evidence-based instructional and behavioral practices) and evaluation of behavioral programming efficacy through data review Requirements Bachelor's Degree (Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology preferred) Three years providing educational and behavioral services to students with autism spectrum disorder Understanding of behavioral principles and function-based treatment Experience conducting, analyzing and making recommendations following student and staff observations related to implementation of behavioral programming Experience working with a multidisciplinary team Adherence to a high level of professional and ethical standards Ivymount provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
