Wellness Center Assistant (Part-Time) Bioenergetic Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Wellness Center Assistant to join our growing team. Our Wellness Center offers innovative, non-invasive therapies designed to help people reduce pain, improve wellness, and enhance their quality of life. Every member of our team plays an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our clients. What You'll Do As a Wellness Center Assistant, you'll help ensure our clients receive outstanding care from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and assisting them to and from treatment rooms Preparing, cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting treatment rooms between appointments Restocking supplies and maintaining an organized treatment environment Performing light housekeeping throughout the day Assisting with front desk coverage, including answering phones, checking clients in and out, scheduling appointments, and processing payments as needed Supporting the clinical team with daily operations Helping create a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for every client We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, compassionate, and professional Reliable and punctual Comfortable interacting with clients of all ages Organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and able to work independently Physically able to be on their feet for much of the shift and move equipment or supplies when needed Comfortable using computers and learning new software Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience Experience in a medical office, chiropractic office, physical therapy practice, spa, salon, wellness center, or similar environment is a plus, but not required High school diploma or equivalent What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $18-21 per hour , depending on experience Paid training Experiencing our wellness therapies for your health Supportive and positive work environment Opportunity to learn about innovative wellness therapies Meaningful work helping improve the lives of others If you're someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience, and wants to be part of a team dedicated to helping people feel their best, we'd love to hear from you.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 12pm-5pm Friday 12 pm-4pm Saturday 9am-2pm
