  • Part-time Job Summary Shiawassee Health & Wellness, an innovative Community Mental Health organization, has a part-time position available for a Freedom Connection Aide.
This program provides support to individuals who live independently by listening to multiple phone lines overnight and assisting them in their own home, if the need arises. Mostly 2nd shift hours with the possibility of occasional 3rd shift hours. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities include continuous oversight of multiple phone lines, responding in person and providing assistance to individuals, and implementing individual plans of service. Qualifications and Skills Must have a valid driver's license, High School Diploma or equivalent, and one or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness.
