Qualification necessary for the position:

1. Must be able to complete required reports and follow written and oral instructions that are related to the care and supervision of residents. 2. A high school diploma or general education diploma or equivalent 3. Must be suitable to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs of each resident. 4. Must be capable of handling emergency situations. 5. Before performing assigned tasks, must be competent in all of the following areas: a. Reporting requirements b. First Aid c. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation d. Personal care, supervision and protection e. Resident rights f. Safety and fire prevention g. Prevention and containment of communicable diseases 6. Must be in such physical and mental health so as not to negatively affect either the health of the resident, or the quality of his/her care 7. Must be able to drive for the company 8.
