As a TMS Operator at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will be responsible for for administering TMS treatments and providing operational support to the TMS team. This role includes operating TMS equipment, coordinating medication-related services, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and protocols. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care in a mental health environment.

CEUs Responsibilities:
Greet, check-in, and room patients for TMS treatment.

Set up new patient and work side-by-side with provider to assist during initial treatment mapping.

Administer TMS treatments according to specific physician protocols. Set up the TMS medical device and monitor all aspects of the treatment sessions for patient comfort and treatment accuracy.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with patient comfort, coil contact, and TMS system setup throughout treatment.

Observe patients while in treatment and identify any changes that may require clinician or the Program Practice Leader involvement.

Administer psychiatric rating scales and counsel patients on completion of scales.

Record session notes, patient treatment history, vital signs, allergies/contraindications, track insurance authorizations, and schedule patient visits using EMR (Electronic Medial Records) and medical scheduling software.

Assist in establishing and monitoring performance indicators.
Requirements:
1+ year(s) of experience working in a medical office is required.

Experience with TMS is a plus, but not required.

Strong organizational follow-through skills with attention to detail.

Ability to lift and easily maneuver 20-40lbs.

An Associates or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred, but candidates with patient care experience will be strongly considered.
Compensation:
This is a non-exempt position. The hourly rate range for this position is $22.00-$24.00. Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
