Key Qualifications:

Completion of an associate's degree, 60 semester credits, or successful passing of the ParaPro Assessment. Prior experience in a classroom or educational setting, especially supporting children with disabilities, is highly valued. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to support both students and teaching staff. Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-class assistance to students with diverse needs under the guidance of certified teachers. Support instructional activities, facilitate engagement, and modify materials to ensure access for all learners. Assist with daily routines, personal care needs, and behavioral support as required by students' individualized plans. Help create an environment that promotes respect, growth, and learning. Maintain open and positive communication with staff, students, and families as appropriate.

Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am - 2:00 pm (exact hours may vary depending on the program; full or half-day shifts available).

Assignment dates:
