The Details Shift:
Fulltime Days 9-5
Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat Pay:
$21.00 per hour

What You'll Be Doing :
Providing support to residents with mental illness, helping them reach their goals and live their best lives. Assisting with behavior management strategies and providing positive reinforcement. Encouraging residents to engage in healthy activities and social interactions. Offering compassion, guidance, and consistency in day-to-day support. Assisting designated coordinator with administrative tasks
What We're Looking For :
A big heart and the passion to help others! A calm, patient, and flexible demeanor. Previous experience in behavioral health or mental health is a plus, but not a requirement - we'll provide training! An energetic, positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with our team. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (we need you to be mobile to support our residents effectively). A background check will be required as part of the hiring process. Why Genus?
