This position provides mental health services to adults, adolescents, and children who are experiencing a mental health crisis. The position works in our residential crisis units in our Willmar office location. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team of professionals and practitioners, learning and growing in your experience and career. Our crisis team makes connections that save lives. Join us in our growing crisis programs! New graduates in the field of behavioral sciences or human services are encouraged to apply! Full-time position (80 hours every two weeks) working both day (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) and evening (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm) shifts, including every other weekend day shift.
