This position provides mental health services to adults, adolescents, and children who are experiencing a mental health crisis. The position works in our residential crisis units in our Willmar office location. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team of professionals and practitioners, learning and growing in your experience and career. Our crisis team makes connections that save lives. Full-time position (80 hours every two weeks) working both day (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) and evening (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm) shifts, including every other weekend day shift.

Behavioral Health Practitioner:

$25.47/hour

Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker:

$22.92/hour This position qualifies for Woodland Centers' excellent benefit package, incentive pay for any additional shifts, and shift differential ($1.50/hour and $2.50/hour).

Job Duties:

Teach individual rehabilitative skills to children, adolescents, and adults. Communicate with clients, families, and outside agencies while working in a fast-paced environment. Provide assessment, intervention, and stabilization services. Provide a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:

Must have experience in the human services field OR new graduates in the field of behavioral sciences or human services are encouraged to apply! Must meet the DHS requirements for Behavioral Health Practitioner or Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker. Must be 21 years old or older and have the ability to pass a background check.
