Job description Adult Day Habilitation Staff (Full-Time & Part-Time) Family Matters Adult DayHab - Sikeston, MO Family Matters Adult DayHab is seeking three upbeat and compassionate team members to join our program: 2 Full-Time Positions 1 Part-Time 1:1 Position If you are patient, dependable, and passionate about helping others grow and succeed, we would love to meet you. Part-Time 1:1 Position Work directly with a male consumer in a supportive, structured environment.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:45 AM - 1:15 PM Potential opportunity for full-time employment Full-Time Positions Support individuals participating in our Adult Day Habilitation program.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday Start times may vary between 6:45 AM and 8:00 AM Responsibilities Provide support and encouragement to individuals in the program Assist with daily activities and personal growth goals Learn and implement behavioral support strategies Identify triggers and use appropriate redirection techniques Adapt to changing needs throughout the day Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe environment
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:
Patient and adaptable Compassionate and reliable Comfortable working with individuals who have behavioral support needs Willing to learn and follow behavioral intervention plans Able to remain calm under pressure Dedicated to making a positive impact every day Training Provided No experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Training includes:
One-on-one training with experienced staff Ongoing support from the consumer's Behavior Analyst Hands-on instruction in behavioral interventions and redirection techniques Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to obtain a Class E License within 30 days of hire Social Security card and/or Birth Certificate Valid automobile insurance High School Diploma or GED Preferred Certifications (Not Required)
LEMA CPR
Insulin Administration Certification Pay Hourly wage (based on experience and qualifications) Benefits Health insurance Work Location In-office and community routes Experience is preferred but not required.
