is a company that provides mental health and consultation services. I am currently seeking 2 clinicians looking for either PT of FT contractual (1099) work. I have partnered with a Re-entry housing program that also provides case managment services. We have identified over 100 clients that are interested in having in-person therapy sessions. The ideal therapist would be open to going to the residential program for groups as well as having flexbility throughout their day to schedule clients with based on their availability. We are seeking individuals who are willing to allow themselves to be coachable in a modailty that allows freedom with approaches, while adhering to safe guards in alignment with DHHS standards. Yes you have to have a license to practice in NC (and insurance, but you do not have to live in Charlotte). Yes, I provide supervision for LCSWAs. Yes, I teach mental health business literacy and how to market and brand yourself. Yes, I recognize that therapists can work anywhere with their credentials which is why I do not have a noncompete clause. I just simply believe in collaboration over competition. Yes, I educate on clinical assessment, diagnosing, and time management as it pertains to ethical and timely documentation. You will have a greater understanding of being self-employed by contracting under my guidance. The opportunities in Charlotte are plentiful, however; finding a "good fit" can be challenging.
