Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (QASP-S) or (BCaBA) certification to join our team who will work in office 100% of the time . As a Assistant Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral health services to individuals in need. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients through assessment, evaluation, and intervention strategies. Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders preferred. Essential Functions
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement behavior intervention programs based on data collection and analysis
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
  • Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals involved in patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation Qualifications
  • Must complete at least 30 billable hours per week, administrative hours are available
  • NC Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (QASP-S) or (BCaBA) certification required within 30 days of hire
  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
  • Proficiency in data collection methods and behavioral assessment techniques
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient care and collaboration with team members
