Progressive Therapy of New Jersey (PTNJ) is actively hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) for school-based positions throughout New Jersey, including immediate openings in Elizabeth, Passaic, Keansburg, Morristown, Rahway and additional districts across the state. For more than 23 years, PTNJ has partnered with New Jersey school districts to provide high-quality behavior analytic services that improve outcomes for students, staff, and school systems. Founded in 2003, PTNJ is BCBA-owned and operated and specializes exclusively in educational settings. Unlike many ABA organizations, we focus on sustainable practice, strong clinical support, meaningful collaboration, and long-term relationships with our school partners. Our clinicians are trusted professionals—not productivity metrics. Most positions include:

Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:
Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Developing and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting behavioral data Providing consultation to teachers, administrators, and child study teams Conducting Behavioral Skills Training (BST) with school personnel Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings Supporting classroom and district-wide behavior systems Collaborating with families and educational teams Providing supervision when applicable QualificationsBCBA Positions Current BCBA certification required Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field Experience working in educational settings preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills BCaBA Positions Current BCaBA certification required Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field Experience in school-based settings preferred Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience, credentials, and assignment.
