About Aliado Community Health:
Aliado Community Health is a community-based mental health agency serving children and families across New Jersey through both in-home and telehealth services.

We started Aliado with a simple belief: clinicians deserve better support.

Too often in community mental health, talented professionals feel overwhelmed, isolated, and buried in paperwork. We wanted to build something different, an environment where clinicians feel supported clinically, professionally, and personally while still doing meaningful work with families.

Our approach combines strong supervision, collaborative leadership, modern systems, and flexible workflows that help clinicians work more efficiently and sustainably.

We're building a team intentionally, one focused not only on quality care, but also on creating a healthier long-term experience for the people doing the work every day.
