Job Description

We provide community-based mental health services for children and families, and we're looking for clinicians who care deeply about the work they do and want to grow with a supportive, modern team. Our approach combines strong clinical support with modern systems and technology designed to help clinicians work more efficiently and spend less time overwhelmed by paperwork.

Too often in community mental health, talented professionals feel overwhelmed, isolated, and buried in paperwork. We wanted to build something different, an environment where clinicians feel supported clinically, professionally, and personally while still doing meaningful work with families.
Our approach combines strong supervision, collaborative leadership, modern systems, and flexible workflows that help clinicians work more efficiently and sustainably.
We're building a team intentionally, one focused not only on quality care, but also on creating a healthier long-term experience for the people doing the work every day.
