Certified Peer Support Worker (CPSW) Part-Time / Full-Time | Flexible Schedule We are seeking a compassionate, recovery-oriented Certified Peer Support Worker (CPSW) to join our growing behavioral health team. About the Role As a CPSW, you'll provide peer-based support rooted in hope, respect, and connection. You'll work collaboratively with clinicians and staff while offering clients a unique perspective grounded in lived experience. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and group peer support services Share lived experience in a professional, ethical, and recovery-focused way Support clients in goal setting, skill building, and navigating systems of care Encourage self-advocacy, empowerment, and personal growth Maintain appropriate documentation and confidentiality Collaborate with clinicians and treatment team members Qualifications Active Certified Peer Support Worker (CPSW) certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain boundaries and professionalism Experience in outpatient, IOP, or community-based settings is a plus What We Offer Supportive, values-driven work environment Flexible scheduling Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth and continued learning A team that truly values peer voice and lived experience
