Community Habilitation Worker

In this vital role, you will provide personalized support to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and other behavioral health needs. Your energetic and compassionate approach will help foster independence, enhance life skills, and promote community engagement. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving quality of life and supporting individuals in reaching their full potential. Duties Provide respite care to the individuals caregivers Support participation in community outings, recreational activities, and social events to promote integration and independence Qualifications Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or behavioral health challenges is highly preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse populations Home & community care experience is a plus; willingness to learn new skills is essential Join us in creating a supportive environment where every individual can thrive!
