Job Description

Behavioral Aides - Licking Regional Educational Service Center is seeking two compassionate, dedicated, and energetic individuals to join our team as Behavioral Aides in the emotional disturbance or autism programs. In this rewarding role, you will work alongside intervention specialists to support students with emotional, behavioral, and autism-related needs in a structured educational environment. Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting student data, assisting with classroom instruction, supporting students with daily living skills, supervising students throughout the school day, and providing help to create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment. Successful candidates are patient, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to helping every student reach their full potential. Training, including Behavior Technician competencies and crisis intervention techniques, will be provided as required. Successful candidates must have or be willing to apply for an Educational Aide permit and complete BCI+I and FBI background checks at the time of hire.
