Behavioral Healthcare Residential Specialist and Asst. Leads- Full-time and PRN

It will provide a healthy setting for adolescents to live, learn and develop. The Ranch is hiring Residential Specialists for PRN (Pool) positions on all shifts. Full time position available on 2nd shift as an Assistant Lead Positions. The primary responsibility of this position is to work in an adolescent residential treatment center with girls ages 13-17 who have experienced a high prevalence of traumatic events. Will be responsible for the overall implementation of policies and procedures while providing quality, effective, and efficient therapeutic interventions and for the direct sight and sound supervision of the clients while in treatment.

Requirements:

High School Graduate or GED. Prior experience in either behavioral healthcare or working with teens preferred. Valid driver's license, car insurance, and safe driving record. Must be at least 21 years old. This position requires candidates to pass Safe Crisis Management (SCM) training. SCM training teaches de-escalation skills and physical restraint training used for client safety. Employees should be able to work a variety of shifts which are: 1st shift
