Job Description

Overview HOPE Community Services, Inc. is a leading outpatient treatment provider in south Oklahoma City. We provide compassionate trauma informed care to individuals whose lives have been impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. We do this by providing compassionate and evidence-based treatment, aimed at improving the quality of life for those we serve. We are seeking a dedicated Translator Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role combines administrative support with Spanish translation services to ensure effective communication and smooth operations across our programs. About the Position Under direct supervision, the Translator Administrative Assistant provides administrative and translation support to specialty programs, staff, and community stakeholders. Responsibilities include scheduling, reception coverage, meeting preparation, minute transcription, report creation, file management, program contract support, and translation of documents and materials. Travel to other locations for translation assistance is required. Requirements Fluency in Spanish (speaking and writing) required. High School diploma or GED required; Business Related Training, Bachelor's, or 2-year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and publisher applications. Ability to maintain professional boundaries and positive relationships with clients and staff. We Offer Competitive Compensation Full Benefits including 100% paid health and dental!
