Mental Health Associate 1 - Wrap Facilitator Mental Health Department (Classification 755) SEIU Represented Full-Time position (37.5 hours/week) Position Open Until Filled First review of applications will be on July 6, 2026. Remote work is not available. Linn County Mental Health is looking for a full-time Wraparound Coach to assist with coaching Wraparound Care Coordinators on the ten Wraparound principles, four phases of Wraparound, and the activities, facilitation, and documentation components associated with each phase of Wraparound. The Wraparound Coach develops coaching plans, observes and facilitates meetings, and provides group and individual coaching. The Wraparound Coach will also provide Care Coordination to an assigned caseload as well as work with an interdisciplinary team. This role requires experience with outreach, collaboration with community partners and individualized service plan development. The Wraparound Coach is responsible for following documentation requirements in accordance with Oregon Administrative Rules and department policy and procedures, as well as implementing outcome tools and measurements for the Wraparound Program. A minimum of two years of experience as a Wraparound Care Coordinator is needed to be certified as a Wraparound Coach. Certified as a QMHA-1 or higher with the Mental Health and Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) is required. Certification in Wraparound Care Coordination through Portland State University's Systems of Care Institute or Vroon is required. Two years of full-time experience working as a Wraparound Care Coordinator is required. In addition, completion of the approved Wraparound Coaches and Supervisors training within 90 days of hire is also required. Certified and experienced Wraparound Coaches preferred. Bilingual Spanish skills preferred. Must be able to pass a criminal history check and possess or obtain a valid Oregon driver's license with an acceptable driving record that meets the County's requirements. This is a non-supervisory position. Lead work and coordination of work of others is not a typical function assigned to this position. Incumbents in this position may provide training and orientation to newly assigned personnel. Linn County does not offer VISA sponsorship. Within three days of hire, applicants will be required to complete the US Department of Homeland Security's I-9 form confirming authorization to work in the United States.
