DSP (Job Supports) M-F 7am-2:30p

The DSP will support the consumer with maintaining employment by assisting with the following: Train the consumer on new job assignments. Providing ongoing support of the individual and the individuals employer, including natural supports. Assist so the individual can maintain an acceptable job performance and proficient work habits. Provide assistance with learning new work assignments. Assist with achieving the employer's performance expectations. Observe for safety and wellness in the workplace. Transport individual to work location (downingtown to exton). Complete daily service note to track progress.
