Residential Treatment Facility for Adults
19 hours or less
Bargaining Unit Erie, PA $15.30/hr with shift differentials when applicable Hourly; non-exempt position Part-time (19 hours or less) Rotating 1st Shift (8AM
4PM) and 2nd Shift (3PM

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for enhancing the abilities of clients to lead self-determined lives by providing the necessary support and information for them to implement their rehabilitation / treatment plans in a collaborative and expeditious manner. The incumbent also assists clients with scheduled activities, medication monitoring, management of daily tasks, providing transportation when needed, group facilitation, intake information gathering and general collaboration with the Rehabilitation Coordinator, Nurse and other staff. Crisis management and support is also an important function of this position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle during scheduled work hours.
