Job Description
Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Step into a pivotal role supporting students as a full-time contract paraprofessional! There are seven openings available—five at a middle school and two at a high school—each offering the opportunity to make a daily impact in a vibrant, urban educational setting. You'll work 35 hours weekly, with start times based on assignment: middle school roles run from 8:00AM-3:15PM, while high school slots begin a bit earlier at 7:15AM. All positions are onsite and require dedication through June 10, 2027. You'll be working 1:1 with students who need significant support, especially in behavioral management and daily educational assistance. Your school-based experience will be valued as you provide vital structure and compassion for students with special education needs. There is no toileting or diapering involved. These roles require adaptability, commitment, and a collaborative spirit. Please note that two of the middle school positions need to be filled by male candidates, per site requirements.
