Job Description
UPMC Western Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist Associate to support our Child & Adolescent Acute Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Pediatric OCD Clinic. In this role, the Behavioral Health Therapist Associate serves as a key point of entry into care, providing clinical intake, assessment, referral coordination, and patient engagement services for children, adolescents, and their families. The position collaborates closely with referral sources, community partners, and the interdisciplinary treatment team to facilitate timely access to appropriate behavioral health services, ensure seamless continuity of care, and support successful engagement and transition throughout the treatment process. The Behavioral Health Therapist Associate for this role will travel between two different locations - Pine Center with one day per week at our South Side location. This position works daylight hours Monday through Friday. Sign-On Bonuses up to $7,000!
