Job Description

Overview Join our private practice as a
BCBA:
Student Analyst and play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities in the In-Home setting. In this paid internship position, you will work closely with licensed Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, conduct patient assessments, and assist with data collection. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in behavioral health, autism spectrum disorders support, and special education while making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.   • Must be willing to travel Greater Sacramento Region.
  • All services are held In-Home.
  • This is a Hybrid Role with a % of remote hours available for certain tasks.
  • Position is designed for those nearing the end of their program/hours. Those at the start of either of these categories will be paid at a lower starting pay rate but can earn their way to expected rate.

  • Existing BCBA's are welcomed to apply as well Responsibilities Assist licensed BCBA professionals in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders Support patient assessment processes, including intake procedures and diagnostic evaluations Collect, record, and analyze behavioral data accurately to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support behavioral therapy sessions by applying principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) under supervision Maintain confidentiality of medical records, documentation, and patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations Participate in team meetings to review client progress, discuss intervention strategies, and coordinate care plans Help prepare reports and documentation related to patient care, medical records, and treatment outcomes Requirements Demonstrated experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders Knowledge of special education practices and behavioral health principles Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and documentation within clinical settings Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and patient assessment procedures Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and confidentiality of sensitive information Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team focused on patient care and behavioral health outcomes Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through evidence-based interventions such as ABA This paid internship position is designed for motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise in behavioral health services.
