Responsibilities
Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral health needs
Develop and implement behavior plans tailored to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to support patients
Work closely with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
Provide care and support in a compassionate manner
Maintain accurate documentation of individual progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications
Previous experience in behavioral health or related field
Proficiency in medical terminology related to behavioral health
Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
