Job Description

Position Overview:
The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the development, implementation, and oversight of individualized behavior intervention programs. This position is critical to ensuring that clients receive evidence-based, compassionate, and ethical care that promotes skill-building and positive behavioral change.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments. Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and make recommendations. Provide direct services to clients in various settings (home, clinic, community). Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct staff. Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support client goals. Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
Active and in good standing BCaBA certification through the BACB. Minimum of 1 year experience in the ABA field (preferred). Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessments, and intervention strategies. Experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while taking direction from BCBA supervisors. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within service areas.
