  • Part-time, Full-time, Contract Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavioral changes and enhance the quality of life for our clients. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans. Implement and monitor behavioral therapy programs, ensuring adherence to best practices in ABA. Document medical records accurately, maintaining compliance with HIPAA and insurance regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, to provide comprehensive care. Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on effective behavior management strategies. Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Maintain ongoing communication with families regarding their child's progress and any changes in treatment. Experience A valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification is required. Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred. Proficiency in medical documentation and patient care practices. Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis principles. Familiarity with special education frameworks and strategies is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
