Conduct therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms and maintain clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities Conduct mental health assessments and psychosocial evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based individual, family, or couples therapy. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes. Coordinate care with supervisors, healthcare providers, and community resources. Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality when providing telehealth services. Participate in clinical supervision and case consultations. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related behavioral health field. Active Washington State LMHCA license. Ability to work under supervision toward independent licensure. Knowledge of diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Comfortable using telehealth technology, video conferencing platforms, and electronic health records (EHRs). Preferred Skills Experience working with adults, adolescents, children, couples, or families. Strong communication and documentation skills. Crisis intervention and risk assessment experience. Bilingual skills (often preferred but not required). Typical Telehealth Work Environment Fully remote or hybrid schedule. Flexible hours depending on employer and caseload. Caseload often ranges from 20-30 client sessions per week. Regular supervision meetings required for associates.
