Our Clinical Environment We are a team of clinicians committed to depth-oriented, evidence-based, and integrative care. Within The Healing Collective, you can expect: A trauma-informed, clinically sophisticated culture Access to consultation and interdisciplinary collaboration Opportunities to deepen specialization in modalities such as EMDR and other integrative approaches A steady flow of aligned referrals to support meaningful, long-term clinical work Fulltime is considered 24 clients scheduled per week Associate Clinicians We provide associates with a structured and supportive pathway toward clinical confidence, competence, and licensure.
