Mental Health Counselor (Hybrid, Evening availability required) Pacific Neurocounseling is excited to welcome a passionate and skilled Licensed Mental health counselor to our team. Role Summary:

As a Mental Health counselor you'll provide therapeutic services to clients that match your skillset. This role requires some evening availability to accommodate clients' school and/ or work schedules. Why Join Us? W2

Employment :

Pay of $50-$65 per session (tiered model based on productivity, licensure level, and location)

Full Benefits :

Healthcare, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees after wait period. (defined as regularly completing 25 client appointments per week or more).

Flexible Hybrid Work :

Enjoy a combination of in-office and remote work, though we prefer providers who can offer some evening appointments.

Contract Option :

What We're Looking For:

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field. Licensed as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Associate-level counselor in Washington. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Evening availability is preferred. How to
