Overview Join our dynamic team as an RLT/RBT, a vital role dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, through compassionate behavioral health support and tailored educational strategies. In this position, you will implement evidence-based interventions, assist with daily living activities, and contribute to creating a positive, structured environment that fosters growth and independence. Duties Deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, feeding, and hygiene routines Collect and analyze data on behavior patterns to inform treatment plans and monitor progress Implement individualized care plans developed by licensed professionals, ensuring consistency and adherence Support educational activities by teaching social skills, communication, and behavioral management strategies Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update personalized care plans tailored to each individual's needs Skills Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and applied behavior analysis techniques Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Ability to assist with ADLs and support patient care in a compassionate manner Familiarity with special education methods and teaching strategies for diverse learners Excellent data collection skills for tracking behavior changes and treatment outcomes Understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards Effective communication skills for working collaboratively with clients, families, and team members Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude essential for managing behavioral health challenges effectively Must have 2 years of experience,
