Dallas-Fort Worth, TX Facility:
Phoenix Residential About the Role We're looking for Direct Care Staff with backgrounds in juvenile detention, behavioral health, or residential treatment to work weekend shifts . This is a hands-on role working with youth (ages 10-17) with mental health behaviors/diagnosis or Intellectual Disabilities/Autism. You'll ensure safety, provide structure, and support their treatment journey. Part-time (weekend)
Direct Care Pay:
$17-20 per hour Friday and Saturday shifts required What You'll Do Supervise youth and maintain a safe, structured environment Support daily routines: meals, school, recreation, group sessions Use trauma-informed strategies to de-escalate challenging behaviors Document incidents and progress notes Transport youth to school, appointments, and community outings Work closely with supervisors and treatment teams
What We're Looking For Experience :
juvenile detention, behavioral/mental health, or residential treatment preferred
Minimum :
High school diploma/GED, 25+ years old (per state licensing requirements) Strong communication and crisis-management skills Valid driver's license Must pass FBI fingerprinting & drug test Why Phoenix Residential?
