Job Description

BCBA - Success On The Spectrum, Houston (MedCenter) We're not recruiting because because we're thriving! Our Houston location has a waiting list and low staff turnover, which means you'd be joining a stable, established team.
What makes this different:
Each BCBA works with a dedicated intern who handles workload support and assists as needed—freeing you to focus on clinical work and client outcomes rather than drowning in admin. We have a full-time trainer on staff supporting your RBTs, and our Clinical Director handles the bigger-picture supervision, so you're not carrying the whole weight alone. We cover 100% of dental and vision for all employees. You'll work Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm in our modern MedCenter facility, with in-home supervision as needed (not typical in most cases).
The role:
Supervise billable hours/week of in-center and in-home ABA services Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.) and design individualized, research-based programs Train and directly supervise RBTs and interns Lead weekly parent training and progress updates Manage pre-authorization and insurance correspondence (Heavy support by Office Manager administratively) Contribute to quarterly in-service training Support client field trips What we're looking for: Active BCBA certification and state licensure Current BLS/CPR and NPI Someone clinically sound who values working with a real team (not solo supervision)
Compensation & Growth:
$80K-$90K depending on experience, plus PTO. There's a clear path to Assistant Clinical Director if you're interested in growing into leadership. Success On The Spectrum is recognized as a TOP 50 healthcare company. We combine evidence-based ABA with a community-focused model that works—our clients develop real life skills, and our staff stays because the work is sustainable.
