Job Description

A Resident Care Associate (RCA) provides a combination of personal care, health monitoring, and behavioral support. The role focuses on helping residents maintain independence, manage daily routines, and maintain a safe environment while navigating mental health challenges. The range of duties performed depends on the schedule the RCA is assigned to.
