Overview:

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Duties:
```
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure client privacy and confidentiality
  • Support clients in daily activities, including personal care and hygiene, as needed ```
Skills:
```
  • Bilingual Spanish-English
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Proficient in data collection methods and analysis
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Ability to follow instructions from BCBA and effectively implement treatment plans
