$80,000•100,000 per year, based on experience Spark ABA is seeking a passionate, clinically strong, and leadership-minded Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinic. This is an opportunity for a BCBA who wants more than a standard caseload role. Administrative operations Credentialing Billing Scheduling Intake coordination Parent communication support Clinic operations Staff coordination This allows you to focus on assessments, treatment planning, supervision, family training, staff mentorship, and clinical quality. What You'll Do As an Assistant Clinical Director / BCBA, you will support the clinical operations of the clinic while maintaining high standards of ethical and evidence-based ABA therapy.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians Monitor client progress and update programming as needed Conduct parent and caregiver training Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB standards and payer requirements Support clinical documentation and treatment plan quality Collaborate with leadership to maintain a positive, organized, and clinically excellent environment Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and developing clinical staff Support the Clinical Director and ownership team with clinical systems, quality control, and staff development Help create a culture of professionalism, compassion, accountability, and teamwork What We're Looking For We are looking for a BCBA who is clinically confident, organized, ethical, and excited to help build something meaningful.
Ideal candidates will have:
Active BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based treatment Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians Ability to write high-quality treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Strong communication skills with families, staff, and leadership A collaborative, team-first mindset Strong documentation and organizational skills Interest in leadership, mentorship, and clinical quality improvement Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience as a BCBA ( New Grads accepted! ) Prior clinic-based ABA experience Experience with parent training Experience training and mentoring RBTs Experience with CentralReach or similar ABA practice management software Leadership, Lead BCBA, Assistant Clinical Director, or Clinical Supervisor experience Schedule Monday-Friday Full-time Clinic-based position No routine in-home travel required Predictable daytime schedule Work Setting Spark ABA is a clinic-based ABA therapy provider serving children with autism and developmental disabilities.
